The Fiteracy Workshops series is proud to announce a workshop to assist community members with learning about health, exercise and lifetstyle programs that may assist with the management of PTSD and anxiety and mental health.
Brodie Cambourne, Accredited Exercise physiologist will be outlining the role of exercise in the management of PTSD and anxiety and providing information on local programs available in the south coast area. This session will enable participants to learn about the evidence based research in the area of exercise for anxiety and PTSD and mental health.
Participants will be connected to educational resources such as the Fearless Website which may assist with increasing understanding of the symptoms of PTSD and available mental health services in local areas

The Fiteracy Workshops series is proud to announce a workshop for Health Professionals working in the area of PTSD, Depression and Anxiety. Brodie Cambourne, Accredited Exercise physiologist will be outlining the role of exercise and lifestyle change for the management of PTSD, Depression and Anxiety. Evidence based research in the areas of exercise and diet will be presented whilst also offering health professionals the chance to discuss the barriers to accessing exercise programs in rural and remote areas. Brodie will also be presenting the Communique developed at the Inaugural Fearless Conference held in 2019 and the resources available on the Fearless website . Health and Lifestyle Programs that are currently catering for PTSD, Depression and Anxiety on the south coast are invited to send their information to be shared or to attend and share their information face to face.
