This also enables you to provide daily feedback regarding your progress, pain and to determine if you are ready to progress to another level of exercises
Brainfit Exercise Physiology is the only professional exercise physiology clinic that offers affordable “Pop Up” outdoor and indoor activities for participants to practice their individual exercises.
