BrainFit Classes aim to increase walking and cardiovascular fitness for overall brain and body health BrainFit classes focus on an exercise framework including balance, back care, breathing, brain exercise and boxing for fitness BrainFit Classes aim to provide supervised exercise that encourages participants to continue to exercise independently or with a fitness buddy outside of BrainFit classes Each session will introduce or remind participants of a health topic such as pre-exercise nutrition, back care basics, gait correction key exercises etc. Classes will now be held in 4 and 8 week blocks with the introduction of guest instructors to assist with introducing participants to local fitness and health instructors.

Regular Gentle Exercise and Movement Classes for All Ages are held in Huskisson, Manyana, Ulladulla and Nowra Some of these sessions are outdoor classes. All sessions include back care, balance and breathing exercises. Some sessions include modified boxercise to assist with cardiovascular fitness for people unable to walk due to pain or disability. Cost $5 per person
Exercise Education Clinics are large group sessions held throughout the Shoalhaven. These sessions are designed to provide easy and safe exercises for people to practice at home with the aim to motivate people to start a regular home based program. These sessions also provide information on why certain exercises are important for overall health. Cost $10 per person

If you have a tablet, smart phone or computer, your exercise physiologist will set up an online program for you to receive your program online each day. This also enables you to provide daily feedback regarding your progress, pain and to determine if you are ready to progress to another level of exercises
Brainfit Exercise Physiology is the only professional exercise physiology clinic that offers affordable “Pop Up” outdoor and indoor activities for participants to practice their individual exercises.
