Changing your eating habits and lifestyle is a very personal choice that also requires a personal approach so rather than provide a "one size fits all " approach to lifestyle change, at BrainFit we try to encourage participants to adapt a lifestyle change through the following steps:
1. Learn about the benefits of lifestyle change and eating Real Food
2. Learn about what are Real Foods
3. Learn about how to read the ingredients lists of processed foods
4. Learn about the negative side effects of seed oils in processed foods
