When i told her i was doing lchf, my hairdresser told me about some low carb/ high protein bread that Aldi have. Being that I miss the occasional piece of toast / bread (especially when we have sausages!), I thought I'd check it out.
OMG!!! If you like multigrain bread, you'll love this. 5g carbs in 2 slices, so definitely do-able within the diet if you feel like it.
My lunch - 1 slice, with avo, cheese, bacon, and egg. So much yum!!!!
